We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill two critical leadership roles that will define the success of our Indonesian operations.
1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As our Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the public face of Esin Group in Indonesia. This is a high-impact position designed for a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships and driving business growth.
* Client Engagement: Lead both physical and virtual consultations, manage the full proposal lifecycle, and oversee contract negotiations.
* Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to foreign investors regarding PT PMA (foreign-owned company) formation, business visa requirements, and office leasing.
* Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring they receive seamless support throughout their Indonesian business lifecycle.
* Operational Leadership: Manage the launch of our Jakarta branch, including infrastructure setup and the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Collaboration: Work in lockstep with our Singapore and China teams to ensure global alignment in service delivery and client strategy.
* Business Growth: Proactively identify and secure new opportunities, targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multinational corporations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for high-level client interactions.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate services, immigration, or consultancy.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and PT PMA incorporation.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedicated service-oriented mindset.
2. Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager will be the backbone of our financial compliance operations. You will oversee the accounting and tax requirements for our PT PMA clients while managing the internal financial health of our group entities.
* Financial Compliance: Manage full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly tax filings for clients, ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian regulations.
* Internal Oversight: Supervise accounting operations for our group entities based in Bali.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, financial institutions, and external partners such as law firms and tax consultants.
* Process Excellence: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Team Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to cultivate a high-performing local finance team.
* Reporting: Collaborate with our Singapore headquarters to ensure seamless financial reporting and regulatory consistency across the region.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or auditing, ideally within a consultancy firm.
* Deep familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
* Essential proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
