1. Senior Legal Counsel
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the Legal Manager Operations, delivering comprehensive legal counsel across procurement, projects, operations, and foundational business activities.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate complex industry agreements—including services, purchasing, drilling, workover, marine charter, facility sharing, FEED, EPCI, and O&M contracts—ensuring strict alignment with applicable laws, guidelines like PTK-007, and internal company policies.
