## Current Job Openings
We invite qualified candidates to apply for the following positions to contribute to our ongoing success in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
1. Civil Engineering Assistant
* Key Responsibilities: Supervise site civil work, conduct field inspections, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate with contractors to ensure project quality and safety.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying tools such as Theodolites and Total Stations.
2. Mandarin Translator / Chinese Interpreter
* Key Responsibilities: Facilitate communication between stakeholders by providing accurate verbal and written translations. Build strong relationships with international partners through professional, culturally sensitive interpretation.
* Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English. Proven experience in translation, preferably within the energy or power generation industry.
3. Mechanical Engineering Assistant
* Key Responsibilities: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, including turbines and boilers. Participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and ensure HSE compliance.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in heavy industry or power plants. Skilled in reading technical drawings and P&IDs.
4. WTP Operator (Water Treatment Plant)
* Key Responsibilities: Manage water treatment processes, oversee chemical dosing, monitor pump performance, and ensure strict compliance with environmental and safety standards.
* Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in WTP operations. Competent in handling filters, clarifiers, and RO units. Must be willing to work in shift rotations.
5. IT Assistant
* Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware/software installation, network troubleshooting, and server maintenance. Ensure cybersecurity practices are upheld across the plant.
* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. Strong analytical skills and experience in managing IT infrastructure in an operational environment.
6. Finance Accounting Assistant (Placement: South Konawe)
* Key Responsibilities: Support financial statement preparation, manage data entry for financial records, perform account reconciliation, and assist in budget forecasting.
* Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of professional experience. Proficiency in accounting software and high attention to detail.
7. License & Permit Assistant (Placement: South Konawe)
* Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end licensing and permit process, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a primary liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business. Minimum 5 years of experience in permit handling, preferably within the energy sector.
