## Warehouse Staff Opportunity
Daikin Manufacturing Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join the team as a Staff Store (Warehouse). This position plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials that support our high-standard manufacturing processes.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations through the following tasks:
* Material Processing: Manage all incoming and outgoing material transactions with precision.
* Documentation: Prepare, manage, and verify delivery notes to ensure supply chain transparency.
* Inventory Control: Participate actively in weekly and monthly stock opname activities to maintain precise inventory levels.
* Record Keeping: Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure documentation is accurate, secure, and easily accessible.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should possess a strong professional background and a commitment to operational excellence:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a closely related discipline.
2. Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
4. Operational Knowledge: A robust understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management and structured document control processes.
5. Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Communication: Fluency in English is highly preferred to support internal coordination.
