## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor, ensuring that our high-quality coating products are accurately processed, packaged, and prepared for distribution.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Product Filling and Packaging: Execute the end-to-end filling and packaging procedures for various coating products efficiently and accurately.
* Equipment and Material Preparation: Properly set up, inspect, and maintain production pumps, holding tanks, and labeling systems prior to operation.
* Quality and Quantity Control: Monitor and record filling outputs, verifying strict compliance with quality standards and batch quantity specifications (FC).
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK) with a major in Science (IPA) or Technical/Engineering fields.
* Residency: Local candidates residing in Bekasi are strongly preferred.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on working experience in a production environment will be given priority.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and a proactive mindset regarding workplace safety protocols.
* Technical Competencies:
* Proficiency in operating a hand pallet.
* Practical experience in operating packaging machinery.
