## Role Overview: Human Resources Services Manager

The organization is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Services Manager to oversee the complete spectrum of human capital operations. This strategic position ensures the seamless execution of the employee lifecycle, from initial workforce planning and talent acquisition to daily administration and offboarding processes.

Core Responsibilities

The appointed manager will handle a diverse portfolio of human resource functions designed to optimize workforce productivity and maintain harmonious labor relations. Key duties include:

* Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Formulate, monitor, and adjust competitive salary structures, job value changes, performance bonuses, and employee benefits in strict alignment with corporate policies.
* Payroll and Time Management: Oversee attendance tracking, monitor productivity metrics, and accurately consolidate payroll data originating from various operational sites.
* Personnel Administration: Maintain robust employee databases, manage general administrative duties, and streamline employee benefit claims.
* Managerial Leadership: Mentor team members, elevate team performance standards, manage departmental budgets, and enforce rigorous compliance and risk management frameworks.
* Industrial Relations: Cultivate constructive relationships with labor unions, mediate disciplinary cases, and manage dispute resolutions, including legal proceedings when necessary.
* Talent Acquisition: Direct recruitment campaigns, particularly for senior-level vacancies and specialized programs, while guaranteeing comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires.
* Exit and Offboarding Operations: Facilitate smooth resignation and termination procedures, oversee company asset recovery, and analyze turnover and retention metrics.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background
* Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
