## Role Overview: Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in upholding the high standards of the Chocomory brand. This position is ideal for disciplined professionals who are eager to contribute to a world-class manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Execute production tasks in strict accordance with provided work instructions and standard operating procedures.
* Maintenance & Hygiene: Ensure that production machinery and equipment are properly maintained, while maintaining pristine cleanliness within the production area.
* Quality Assurance: Take full responsibility for the quality of products handled, ensuring every unit meets company standards.
* Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S methodologies, and all relevant safety and operational protocols.
* Target Achievement: Work efficiently to meet established production goals and report progress regularly to the Team Leader.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the right attitude and foundational knowledge to support our high-output production facilities.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of personal hygiene, sanitation practices, GMP, and HACCP is highly desirable.
* Personal Attributes: Candidates must demonstrate high levels of precision, discipline, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
