Engineering & Technical Departments
* Technical Manager: Lead technical workflows and project design integrity.
* Technical Engineer: Provide specialized technical support for ongoing site operations.
* Structural Engineer: Oversee structural calculations and safety compliance.
* Senior Architect (HO): Spearhead architectural design initiatives from our headquarters.
* Architect Engineer (HO): Assist in the development of detailed architectural plans.
* Project Scheduler: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
Commercial, MEP, and Construction
* QS Engineer (Commercial): Manage project costs, contracts, and financial reporting.
* MEP Quantity Surveyor: Ensure precision in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project budgeting.

* Site Engineer: Supervise daily construction activities to ensure engineering standards are met.
* Site Supervisor: Direct on-site operations and manage crew productivity.
Operations, Safety, and Marketing

* HRGA Project Staff: Support human resources and general administrative functions.
* Marketing Manager: Lead the strategic growth and client acquisition initiatives.
* Marketing Specialist: Drive business development efforts (Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage).
* Marketing Assistant: Support the marketing team in daily operations and lead generation.
## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our projects meet international standards, we invite candidates who possess the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field is mandatory.
2. Relevant Experience: Prior experience working on mid-rise or high-rise building projects is highly preferred for site-based positions.
3. Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Indonesian is required. Mandarin language skills are highly valued and considered a significant advantage.
4. Industry Expertise: Marketing candidates must possess proven experience within the construction or real estate industry.
