Essential Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these career-building opportunities, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree in relevant fields:
* Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or Environmental Conservation (for positions 1, 2, and 4).
* Management (for positions 2, 3, and 4).
* Accounting or Economics (for position 4).
* Human Resource Management, Educational Technology, or Education (for position 3).
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Standards: Excellent physical and mental health; must not be colorblind.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional Status: Must not be currently bound by any other service contracts or employment obligations.
* Commitment: Willingness to enter a 3.5-year service bond with the company.
