* Policy Implementation: Execute and uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols alongside comprehensive environmental protection policies.
* Routine Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits to guarantee a secure and hazard-free working environment.
* Risk Management: Identify potential workplace hazards, manage incident responses, and formulate thorough accident reports when necessary.
* Safety Training: Educate staff members on proper safety procedures and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all company operations strictly align with prevailing HSE legal frameworks and government regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Educational Background & Certifications
* Minimum holder of an Associate Degree (Diploma 3 / D3).
Must possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certificate (Sertifikat AK3 Umum*).
Technical Competencies
* Thorough understanding of OHS and environmental workflows.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current OHS and environmental laws and legislation.
* Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Soft Skills and Professional Attributes
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
* Resilience and the capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
