## Current Openings at BPI

We are looking for motivated individuals to fill several key roles to support our operational excellence and maintenance standards.

1. Heavy Equipment Operator (Code: HEOP)

Responsibilities:

* Operate heavy machinery safely and report maintenance issues promptly.
* Perform pre-operation inspections according to standard manuals.
* Manage operational documentation and ensure smooth shift handovers.
* Support coal handling activities and maintain plant cleanliness.
* Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

Requirements:

* Minimum education: Senior Vocational School (SMK).
* Valid operator license (SIO) for wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or dump trucks is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Basic command of the English language.
* Available for emergency on-site assignments and relocation to Batang, Central Java.

2. Instrument & Control Junior Technician (Code: ICJT)

Responsibilities:

* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on I&C systems.
* Perform system repairs and optimizations to improve efficiency.
* Manage the I&C workshop and maintain maintenance documentation.
* Support outage operations and ensure full HSE compliance.

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of industrial I&C experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
* Competence in automation, control systems, and MS Project.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).

3. Mechanical Junior Technician (Code: MEJT)

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the reliability of mechanical systems through proactive maintenance.
* Conduct equipment repairs, upgrades, and workshop management.
* Draft and update maintenance SOPs and work instructions.
* Participate in facility-wide outage planning and execution.

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* 1–2 years of experience in coal-fired power plant maintenance is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
* Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (including MS Project).

4. Electrical Junior Technician (Code: ELJT)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and distribution equipment.
* Execute electrical upgrades and maintain workshop instruments.
* Assist in documentation updates and maintain high HSE standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational outages.

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* 1–2 years of relevant power plant experience is preferred; fresh graduates may apply.
* Strong verbal and written English skills.

5. GA Facility Management Supervisor (Code: GA-FMS)

Responsibilities:

* Oversee facility maintenance schedules and building infrastructure.
* Ensure workplace safety compliance according to national regulations.
* Provide logistical support and manage asset reporting.
* Coordinate cross-functional tasks to achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* 5–7 years of experience in Facility Management or 3–5 years in a managerial role.
* Highly proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
