Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major. Candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering are highly preferred.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Personal Attributes: A proactive mindset, a high level of enthusiasm, and a strong hunger for continuous learning.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
