We are currently looking for dedicated and high-performing individuals to join our production line. As a Production Operator, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards that define the Honda brand globally.
Core Responsibilities
Your primary objective is to facilitate the assembly process while adhering strictly to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards. Your daily duties will include:
* Production Execution: Operating workstations in strict accordance with established Operation Standards (OS) and utilizing high-quality production facilities.
* Tooling & Equipment Management: Following precise instructions to operate tools and attachments, ensuring they are utilized within their designated lifespans to optimize production costs and quality.
* Quality Control: Conducting thorough visual inspections of incoming parts to ensure they meet our rigorous technical specifications.
* Product Validation: Performing dimensional and visual quality checks on finished components at your designated station.
* Reporting & Efficiency: Promptly notifying supervisors of any irregularities regarding parts, processing methods, or equipment to ensure swift resolution and minimal downtime.
Required Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and a commitment to precision. Please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying:
1. Educational Background: Graduates from technical majors (SMK) or Science/Mathematics streams (SMA/IPA).
2. Academic Achievement: A minimum average report card score of 7.0, with a specific focus on maintaining an average score of at least 7 in Mathematics.
3. Age Limit: Candidates must be no older than 20 years of age.
4. Physical Standards: Must possess excellent vision (no color blindness and no dependence on prescription eyewear).
5. Technical Competency:
* Ability to distinguish between various materials used in motorcycle assembly.
* Proficiency in fundamental measurement techniques.
* Foundational knowledge of statistical techniques.
* A strong grasp of general quality control principles.
6. Licensing: Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver's license).
