## Job Overview & Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator specializing in lathe operations, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing lifecycle. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Machining Execution: Accurately perform lathe operations strictly based on provided Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished machined components to ensure they meet exact specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily machine check-ups, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of machinery and associated processing tools.
## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and technical criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates, maximum 25 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, as well as Job Order workflows.
* Strong comprehension of lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
* Competence in utilizing various precision measuring instruments.
Preferred:* Proficiency in generating cycle programs and utilizing CAM software (such as Mastercam).
* Soft Skills: High self-motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
* Health & Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Work Location: Cikarang, West Java.
