## Role Overview: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
The Field Operator position is a vital role within our production ecosystem. We are looking for candidates who are committed to operational excellence and safety.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Integrity: Manage production equipment and machinery strictly adhering to safety protocols and established operational standards.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor production output, identify deviations, and oversee the removal or re-manufacturing of items that do not meet our stringent quality standards.
* Documentation: Maintain precise daily records regarding production data and operational parameters to facilitate comprehensive performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
* Target Achievement: Execute production processes according to precise schedules and specifications, ensuring all output meets established targets for volume, cost efficiency, and waste reduction.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and professional aptitude:
1. Educational Background: A Diploma degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering. We welcome applications from high-potential fresh graduates.
