1. Management Trainee
We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our leadership pipeline.
* Departments: Bodywork Production, Stamping & Tools Production, Logistics, and Marketing.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (GPA min 3.50/4.00) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Management, or Accounting.
* Profile: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience; passionate about auto-body manufacturing with strong leadership potential.
2. Manager Business Development (Asset Management)
Oversee the lifecycle of our physical and non-physical assets to ensure optimal utilization.
