## Warehouse Admin Job Description
As a Warehouse Admin at PT Anvita Pharma Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain operations. Your daily responsibilities will directly impact our commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
* Inventory Management: Input and meticulously update incoming and outgoing stock data to maintain flawless inventory records.
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and manage comprehensive warehouse reports, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all shipping and warehouse documents.
* Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), quality, and warehouse compliance procedures at all times.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate daily operational activities smoothly with related internal departments.
* Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock availability proactively and conduct regular stock opnames and cycle counts.
* System Operation: Utilize advanced warehouse and ERP systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, to streamline logistics processes.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a strong background in pharmaceutical operations and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Industry Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry, supported by a deep understanding of pharmaceutical warehousing and supply chain workflows.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Thorough knowledge of material handling procedures (including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping) operating strictly within the GMP/CPOB corridors established by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Familiarity with specialized equipment utilized in the pharmaceutical sector and standard industry manufacturing processes.
* Strong documentation skills compliant with strict regulatory standards.
* Software and Language Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office applications alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
