1. Industrial Relations Senior Specialist
The Industrial Relations Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering a fair, harmonious, and compliant workplace environment while safeguarding the company’s legal interests.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all corporate legal matters involving both litigation and non-litigation proceedings.
* Maintain positive, transparent relationships with employee unions and internal labor forces.
* Research, draft, and issue sound legal opinions and structural legal positions.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate legal contracts, agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Act as the company liaison for external government entities, including the Department of Manpower and the Industrial Relations Court.
Qualifications and Core Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from an accredited university.
* Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated experience as an Industrial Relations Officer or Specialist within a manufacturing environment.
* Certification: Possession of an official Advocate License (PKPA/PERADI) is highly advantageous.
* Language Skills: Advanced written and verbal fluency in English.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law, dispute settlement mechanisms, litigation procedures, and contract drafting.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation tactics, conflict resolution abilities, and interpersonal communication.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) Internal Audit Specialist
Ensuring product safety and international standard compliance is essential to continuous operations. The QA Internal Audit Specialist oversees quality control systems and risk management frameworks to guarantee premium product output.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, schedule, and execute comprehensive internal audit programs and annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Consolidate, analyze, and publish monthly and quarterly audit performance reports.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional department heads to track and resolve internal audit findings.
* Conduct regular operational audits to enforce strict corporate product safety policies and sanitation standards.
* Facilitate administrative preparations and conduct pre-inspections ahead of external compliance audits.
Qualifications and Core Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of quality assurance internal audit experience within the manufacturing sector.
* Language Skills: High-level proficiency in English, both oral and written.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong command of ISO 19011:2018 audit guidelines, alongside BRC (British Retail Consortium), HACCP, and Critical Control Point (CCP) frameworks.
* Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent cross-departmental communication.
