1. Branch Manager (Full-Time)
As a Branch Manager, you will take the helm of our operational leadership, driving branch success and ensuring our educational standards remain exceptionally high.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations, manage team performance, and lead strategic initiatives to achieve institutional goals.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong managerial acumen.
* Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Available for full-time employment.
* Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff / Office Boy (Full-Time)
Our Operational Staff members are the backbone of our daily office efficiency, ensuring a clean, organized, and smooth-running environment for both students and staff.
* Key Responsibilities: Handle routine office upkeep, support administrative needs, and assist team members with daily logistical tasks.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* High level of attention to detail, strong discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Ready for a full-time commitment.
* Willing to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
Mandatory requirement:* Must reside in the provided company dormitory (mess), applicable exclusively to this position.
3. Physical Training Coach (Part-Time)
If you have a strong background in sports education and physical conditioning, this role allows you to directly mentor aspiring cadets preparing for rigorous institutional selections.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train students within our specialized physical fitness program.
* Develop structured training plans and set measurable performance targets.
* Track and evaluate individual student progress over time.
* Produce consistent, periodic performance reports.
* Working Hours:
Monday to Friday:* 06.00 – 08.00 WIB and 16.00 – 18.00 WIB.
Saturday:* Tentative/As needed.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) or a closely related field.
* Prior experience training cadet candidates serves as a distinct advantage.
* Comprehensive understanding of the selection processes for AKPOL, AKMIL, and official government schools.
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* High enthusiasm, strict personal discipline, and strong communication abilities.
