## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To maintain our standard of excellence, we hold a rigorous selection process to identify top-tier talent. Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for the September 2026 intake:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Mobility: Fully willing to be placed across any of our operational sites throughout Indonesia.
* Accommodation: Willing to reside in company-provided quarters (mess) throughout the training period.
* Commitment: Prepared to fulfill a mandatory 2-year service agreement upon completion of onboarding.
* Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit, with strict non-color blindness compliance.
