# Career Opportunity: Jakarta Creative Hub Specialist Recruitment 2026
The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) of DKI Jakarta is officially seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join the team managing the Jakarta Creative Hub. As a government agency dedicated to fostering innovation and economic growth, we are looking for individuals with the integrity and commitment to drive excellence in the creative sector for the 2026 fiscal year.
## Available Professional Positions
We are currently opening recruitment for seven expert roles. Applicants are permitted to apply for only one position:
1. Creative Manager/Head (1 vacancy)
2. Assistant Creative Manager (1 vacancy)
3. IT & Asset Development Staff (1 vacancy)
4. Social Media Specialist (1 vacancy)
5. Multimedia & Graphic Designer (1 vacancy)
6. Event Activation Specialist (1 vacancy)
7. General Administrator (1 vacancy)
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following baseline criteria to be considered for the recruitment process:
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) in good physical and mental health.
* Must be free from narcotics and have no prior criminal record.
* Must possess an active Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and a Bank Jakarta account.
* Must have an active NIB under KBLI 70209 (Management Consulting Activities) and an active SIKAP account.
* Must be available for full-time commitment and currently not employed as a technical expert (Tenaga Ahli) in any other government department (SKPD/UKPD).
## Specialized Role Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications based on their desired department:
Leadership & Management
* Creative Manager/Head: Maximum 48 years old, Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience. Requires expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Maximum 35 years old, Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience. Must be proficient in project management tools like Trello or Asana.
Technical & Creative Support
* IT & Asset Development Staff: Bachelor’s in IT/IS, 1+ year experience. Proficiency in networking (CCNA), web development, and hardware troubleshooting is mandatory.
* Social Media Specialist: Minimum Diploma (D3), 1+ year experience. Strong skills in copywriting, trend analysis, and social media analytics.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year experience. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro is required.
* Event Activation Specialist: Minimum Diploma (D3), 1+ year experience. Proven ability in vendor management, negotiation, and event planning.
* General Administrator: Minimum Diploma (D3), 1+ year experience. Must be an expert in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and office administration systems.
## Important Recruitment Policies
Please note that this recruitment is subject to the finalization of the 2026 Budget (DPA). Should funding become unavailable or reduced, the department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment or adjust the number of positions without providing compensation to applicants.
