## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure success in these critical roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
* Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience in HPH (Forestry Concessions), HPH contracting, mining, or logging industries.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in remote areas.
* Soft Skills: Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation is mandatory for managerial and section head positions (roles 1-3).
* Technical Expertise: Candidates applying for IT roles must possess strong skills in network engineering (V-Sat), hardware maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting.
