1. General Admin
The General Admin role is essential for maintaining the organizational flow and supporting the daily operational needs of the office.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing company archives, overseeing internal and external correspondence, organizing meeting schedules and minutes, and preparing monthly administrative reports.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate high integrity, proactive initiative, and a strong commitment to the 5S culture.

2. Service Admin
This position focuses on the meticulous management of service-related data and customer communications to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities: Inputting and managing service orders, claims, and repair reports; monitoring spare part inventory; communicating service status updates to clients; and processing warranty claims.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree; strong database/CRM skills, including Excel and Google Sheets; prior experience in service administration is preferred.

3. Office Boy
The Office Boy plays a vital role in maintaining the workplace environment and supporting the daily requirements of employees and guests.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintaining the cleanliness of meeting rooms, offices, and pantries; providing refreshments for guests; handling internal document distribution; and assisting with basic office logistics.
* Requirements: Minimum High School (SMA/K) diploma; ability to work both independently and within a team. The ability to drive a car is considered a significant advantage.

4. Security
Dedicated to safety and protection, the security team ensures a secure environment for all assets and personnel.
* Key Responsibilities: Patrolling the work area, monitoring access points, providing escort services, and conducting regular security audits and reporting.
* Requirements: Minimum High School (SMA/K) diploma; must possess a valid Gada Pratama security certification (KTA); minimum height of 170 cm; physically fit with a proportional weight; active in sports.
