We are currently inviting motivated candidates to fill various positions located in Lampung Tengah and Tulang Bawang. We welcome fresh graduates who possess a strong desire for professional development.
1. Accounting
* Education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Computerized Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00, proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), and a solid understanding of accounting cycles, financial reports, and data analysis.
2. Drone Team
* Education: D3/S1 from any major.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00, foundational knowledge of drone operations, maintenance, and experience with Mission Planner or similar software.
3. Factory Division
* Education: S1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, Food Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for roles across our Mill, Boiler, Process House, and Instrumentation departments.
4. Personalia (HR)
* Education: S1 in Law or related fields.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00, expert in Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable about government business regulations. Strong analytical capabilities are highly valued.
5. Plantation Division
* Education: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Agriculture, Geodesy, Surveying).
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
6. Workshop Division
* Education: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00. Must have strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and the ability to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
7. Warehouse & Inventory
* Education: D3/D4/S1 from any major.
* Requirements: Minimum GPA 3.00/4.00, highly organized with a strict focus on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and data management via Microsoft Excel.
