Since late 2019, the organization has operated as a fully independent entity, free from any political affiliations. Under the current leadership of Roestiandi Tsamanov, RSK functions as a premier Vocational Training Center (LPK) dedicated to equipping the youth with the practical skills necessary to thrive in a competitive global market.
