As a Sales Engineer Technical Sales, your primary mission is to promote and market advanced laser solutions—including marking, welding, cutting, and cleaning technologies—alongside UV/IR curing equipment. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, identifying untapped market segments, and ensuring the company meets its broader commercial objectives.
General Responsibilities
* Actively promote and sell specialized industrial products and technical solutions.
* Identify emerging market trends and develop new business territories.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Deliver precise pre-sales information, comprehensive forecasts, and reliable sales pipelines.
* Handle complex negotiations and successfully close sales deals.
* Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and company growth targets.
* Plan, organize, and execute targeted customer events and promotional initiatives.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
* Proven track record in sales and account management within relevant industries, requiring a minimum of four years of direct sales experience.

The Data Center Engineer is tasked with supporting the end-to-end development and successful execution of engineering projects. Serving as the primary technical ambassador representing the company on-site, you will act as the key problem solver for equipment deployed by the sales team, ensuring seamless operational performance for clients.
General Responsibilities
* Manage and execute customer Testing & Commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting or repair activities.
* Assist leadership in monitoring day-to-day operating expenditures against established budgets to optimize resource utilization.
* Execute comprehensive engineering projects, including specification design, system architecture, and software programming.
* Conduct routine technical inspections and proactively resolve identified anomalies.
* Draft precise technical instructions for system setup and installation procedures.
* Support site supervisors with on-site measurements, preparations, and technical drawing generation.
* Identify expansion opportunities within existing client contracts.
* Evaluate technical risks associated with engineering projects and formulate practical mitigation strategies.
* Monitor, track, and report on delivery schedules and inventory thresholds, issuing purchase order instructions as needed.
* Coordinate closely with sub-contractors and liaise effectively with government bodies as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
* At least two years of professional experience in a similar technical environment with hands-on site or project exposure.
* Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities capable of delivering rapid resolutions.
* Foundational electrical knowledge, specifically regarding Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) systems.
* High proficiency in office productivity software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent command of both English and local languages, with fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Flexibility to work outside standard office hours during weekdays or holidays when project demands require.
