## General Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK/Equivalent).
* Technical Skills: Proficient, fast, and accurate typing skills.
* Mobility & Field Duties:
* Readiness to conduct field pickups directly from customer residences (applicable for Roles 1 and 2).
* Male applicants for Role 1 must possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
* Male applicants for Role 2 must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and personal vehicle.
* Work Ethic: Strong team player mindset with a high level of personal accountability.
* Environment Care: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the outlet/office.
* Integrity: Absolute honesty and a strong sense of responsibility in handling daily tasks.
