## Position Overview: Training Clerk
The Training Clerk role is essential to maintaining operational excellence at the site level. You will play a pivotal role in managing training data, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all personnel meet the rigorous safety and operational standards required by the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Database Management: Oversee and monitor training databases while coordinating training schedules.
* Administrative Support: Assist mining trainers and provide comprehensive support to departmental clerks.
* Permit Coordination: Handle the administration of Mine Permits and Simper documentation.
* HRGA Collaboration: Support the execution of HRGA training initiatives.
* Operational Assistance: Execute additional tasks related to environmental and site-specific operations.
Required Qualifications

* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Gender: Female.
* Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
