Management and Supervisory Roles
1. QC Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in QC Laboratory; D3 degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2. QC Supervisor: Minimum 3 years of experience in QC Laboratory; D3 degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
3. RnD Supervisor: Minimum 3 years of experience in Research and Development; D3 degree in Agrotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
4. Mechanical Supervisor: Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical & Workshop operations; D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5. HSE Staff: Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Health, Safety, & Environment; D3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and must possess a valid AK3 Umum certificate.
Technical and Operational Positions
* QC Analyst: Min. 2 years in QC Laboratory; D3 in Chemical Engineering.
* QC Inspector: Min. 2 years in QC Inspection; D3 in Chemical Engineering.
* WTP/WWTP Foreman: Min. 2 years in Water/Waste Treatment; D3 in Chemical Engineering.
* Filling & Texturizing Foreman: Min. 2 years in Filling & Texturizing; D3 in a relevant field.
* Electrical Technician: Min. 2 years in Electrical maintenance; D3 in Electronics Engineering.
* Mechanical Technician: Min. 2 years in Mechanical maintenance; D3 in Mechanical Engineering.
* Hydrogenation Operator: Min. 2 years in Hydrogen Plant operations; D3 in Chemical Engineering.
* Boiler & Generator Operator: Min. 2 years in plant operations; D3 in Chemical Engineering.
* Forklift Operator: Min. 2 years of experience; High school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; must possess an active SIO Forklift license.
Entry-Level and General Operations
These roles are open to fresh graduates holding a high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent:
1. WTP/WWTP Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience in water/waste treatment.
2. Warehouse Finished Good Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
3. Packaging & Food Additive Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience in packaging.
4. Filling & Texturizing Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience in filling/texturizing.
5. Tally Operator: Entry-level position; no experience required.
6. Tankfarm Operator: Entry-level position; no experience required.
