## About the Foreman Training Program (PPM)
The Program Pelatihan Mandor is a comprehensive educational initiative designed to transform motivated candidates into skilled field foremen or estate clerks. This intensive program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and practical field expertise, ensuring all graduates are fully prepared to manage day-to-day operations in a competitive industrial environment.
* Duration: The training spans 3 to 4 months of rigorous theoretical and practical instruction.
* Career Advancement: Upon successful completion of the curriculum, graduates will be officially appointed as foremen or clerks within our West Kalimantan business units.
* Bonding Period: Participants are required to commit to a 2-year service agreement following their graduation.
## Requirements for Prospective Candidates

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or a relevant Diploma degree.
* Physical Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health; color blindness is strictly prohibited.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be unmarried and willing to maintain this status for the duration of the service bond.
