1. Management Trainee (MT)
This program is designed for future leaders ready to immerse themselves in end-to-end manufacturing and business operations.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) from a reputable university.
* Minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00).
* Maximum age of 25 as of April 2026.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal).

2. Accounting Staff (Fixed Asset Focus)

* Manage fixed asset recording, verification, and periodic reporting.
* Monitor all asset lifecycle events, including acquisition, transfers, and disposals.
* Perform reconciliations and support internal and external audits.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed asset accounting.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
3. PPIC Staff

* Monitor local and imported material arrival schedules.

* At least 2 years of experience in PPIC or Material Planning.
