## Now Hiring: Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) – Batch 43
We are officially launching the 43rd batch of our prestigious Mill Assistant Trainee (MAT) program. This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders by providing rigorous training in technical operations, maintenance, and production management.
Program Objectives
The MAT program aims to equip successful candidates with the comprehensive skill set required to transition into core leadership roles as Palm Oil Mill Assistants. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in:
* Optimizing mill processing efficiency.
* Implementing advanced technical maintenance protocols.
* Overseeing high-level production management workflows.
* Ensuring adherence to industry-leading safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this intensive training program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Science/Technology (TPHP).
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Mobility: Candidates must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Sumatra, Kalimantan, or Sulawesi.
