Qualifications and Candidate Profile

* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is highly required to facilitate smooth communication within our multinational team.
* Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

* Work Location: Willingness to be stationed at the Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone (KEK) – Simalungun, North Sumatra.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
As a Cone Ingredient Warehouse Admin, your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Data Entry & Management: Inputting precise data regarding raw material consumption during the manufacturing process into the company system.
* Production Tracking: Recording total production outputs and cone usage data promptly and accurately.
* Supply Coordination: Preparing and dispatching necessary raw materials in alignment with daily production schedules.
* Inventory Auditing: Conducting regular reconciliations to ensure the physical stock in the warehouse perfectly matches the digital inventory records.
* Reporting: Generating comprehensive reports on cone production outcomes and ingredient usage.
* Quality & Expiry Control: Monitoring ingredient shelf life and flagging materials that are within approximately three months of their expiration date.
* Workspace Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse and administrative areas clean, safe, and organized according to safety standards.
* Linguistic Support: Serving as a key translator to ensure seamless, clear communication between expatriate Cone Supervisors and local team members.
