## General Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure our projects maintain the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a relevant position.
* Willingness to be stationed at the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) jobsite in North Maluku.
* Flexibility to work according to an established rotational roster system.
* Possession of relevant certifications is strongly preferred, such as BNSP POP or POM certifications for supervisory roles.
* Valid BII Umum driving license for designated driver and operator positions.
* Completed Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) for mechanic applicants.
