General Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from an accredited university.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat operational site across the country.
## Open Positions and Requirements
1. Sales & Distribution
We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about market expansion and brand visibility.
Sales Supervisor
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Strong interest in sales, direct selling, and acquiring new outlets.
* Deep understanding of PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat’s product portfolio.
* Target-oriented mindset.
* Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and be proficient in driving.
Development & Promotion Supervisor
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Passion for brand development, marketing, and promotional strategies.
* Ability to develop new distribution channels, including partnerships with institutions, hotels, and restaurants.
* Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and be comfortable traveling.
2. Factory Operations
This role is perfect for detail-oriented engineers who thrive in a technical, production-driven setting.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Physical, or Chemical Engineering, or Food Science and Technology.
* Industry Focus: Strong interest and enthusiasm for the beverage manufacturing industry.
* Work Ethic: Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of performing under high-pressure environments.
* Operational Readiness: Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of modern beverage production.
