## Job Role Overview: Logistics Operator
As a Logistics Operator at our facility, you will play a vital role in bridging our production capabilities with supply chain efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around seamless inventory management, operational logistics, and maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
* Inventory & Logistics Management: Oversee the smooth flow of goods, encompassing accurate storage, precise inventory logging, and systematic material handling.
* Production Support: Operate production machinery efficiently while strictly adhering to established Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute foundational maintenance tasks, which include visual inspections, component lubrication, and minor parts replacements.
* Operational Mobility: Utilize company vehicles and heavy machinery safely, requiring an active SIM A driver's license and certified forklift operation skills.
* Administrative Tasks: Maintain meticulous records using basic computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and manual inventory tracking systems.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA) or vocational high school (SMK) graduate, preferably specializing in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven work experience within a manufacturing environment, logistics facility, or maintenance department.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in operating machinery, understanding logistics flows, and executing basic equipment upkeep.
* Certifications & Licenses: Must possess a valid SIM A driver's license for operational duties and be skilled in forklift operation.
* Digital Skills: Comfortable utilizing computers and basic software, such as Excel or digital inventory systems.
* Work Ethic & Soft Skills: Highly responsible, proactive, possessing strong teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Safety & Organization: Strictly disciplined regarding company SOPs, occupational health and safety (K3) regulations, and the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
