## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of experience who possess a drive for operational excellence. To be eligible for this cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial), Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, or Biology), Food Technology, Agro-Technology, Animal Science, or closely related fields.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
* Skill Set: Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, leadership, and professional communication.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at our primary manufacturing facility in Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
