1. Production Staff
This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing lines and maintaining the high standards that define our products.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any major.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or the snack food industry is highly advantageous.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with production processes and industry-standard Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with both production teams and cross-functional departments.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Monitor product quality throughout the production lifecycle to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Oversee and manage the performance of production personnel (Manpower) on the factory floor.
* Location: Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra.
2. Internal Auditor Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help us maintain robust internal controls and operational excellence.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any major; candidates with a background in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Management Economics are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, prior experience in auditing or the manufacturing/snack industry will be considered a significant plus.
* Operational Excellence: Ability to collaborate with relevant departments to refine and update internal control policies and procedures.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of internal policies and relevant industry regulations, particularly those concerning the food manufacturing sector.
* Quality Standards: Fundamental knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, such as GHP, GMP, and ISO 9001.
