1. Engineering Process Staff (Bitung, Tangerang)
* Key Responsibilities: Implement production process improvements, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and handle utility operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electro Engineering; minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome); proficiency in IoT, microcontrollers, and PLC; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Internal Audit Section Head (Pluit, North Jakarta)
* Key Responsibilities: Develop audit policies, lead end-to-end audit procedures, evaluate risk management, and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of audit experience in the manufacturing sector; must hold Brevet A & B licenses; strong GRC knowledge; fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
3. Internal Audit Staff (Pluit, North Jakarta)
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits to ensure financial and operational compliance while providing accurate reporting to management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00); Brevet A & B license is mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. IT Infrastructure & Security (Bitung, Curug – Tangerang)
* Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day network operations, hardware/software installation, server maintenance, and data recovery systems.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in IT or Computer Science with 3–5 years of relevant experience; deep understanding of database security, firewalls, and network infrastructure (MikroTik/Cisco preferred).
5. PPIC Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee production scheduling, demand forecasting, inventory control, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business; minimum 5 years of experience in production planning; proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.
6. Production Manager (Curug, Tangerang)
* Key Responsibilities: Design, monitor, and improve production workflows to meet ambitious output targets while ensuring strict quality control.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical); 4–5 years of leadership experience in automotive or heavy equipment manufacturing; proven ability to manage production work plans.
7. Salesman (Surabaya)
* Key Responsibilities: Drive sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and expand market reach.
* Requirements: Senior High School (SLTA) diploma; at least 1 year of sales experience within the automotive sector; strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
