1. Logistics Staff (Location: Marunda)
The Logistics Staff member plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of our operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing warehouse inventory, optimizing logistics operations with vendors, handling shipping documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
* Must hold a valid driving license (SIM A or C).
2. Technical Staff (Location: Cikarang)
We are seeking a technical expert to bridge the gap between our high-performance products and our clients' operational needs.
* Key Responsibilities: Providing product recommendations, supporting the Sales Team, and demonstrating product applications.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
* 1 year of experience in industrial settings or technical sales.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong verbal communication.
* Valid driving license (SIM C).
3. Sales Admin (Location: Balikpapan)
The Sales Admin serves as the backbone of our regional sales efforts, ensuring all data and documentation are processed efficiently.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
* At least 1–2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-based business tools.
4. QHSE Staff – Head Office
We prioritize excellence in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. We need a vigilant professional to maintain our high standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting internal audits, assessing risks, updating SOPs, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (Accounting background is preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in QHSE or internal auditing.
* Certification in ISO standards is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
5. Sales Executive (Location: Tangerang & Jakarta)
Our Sales Executives are the face of the company, responsible for driving growth and fostering long-term industry partnerships.
* Key Responsibilities: Achieving sales targets, pipeline management, and conducting high-level negotiations.
