Current Career Opportunity: HR & GA Staff
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & GA Staff member to join our team at the Distribution Center (DC). This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of our human resources and general affairs functions.
* Overseeing end-to-end HR and GA processes within the Distribution Center.
* Managing comprehensive employee databases, including timekeeping and attendance records.
* Administering payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
* Supporting regional administrative requirements to maintain operational efficiency.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Prior experience in labor relations or recruitment is considered a significant advantage.
* Exceptional communication and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in HR information systems and software.
