Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience; 2–3 years of experience in QMS, IMS, ISO Management Systems, or Internal Auditing is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, along with awareness of ISO 22000/FSSC 22000.
* Functional Skills: Proven track record in auditing, gap analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and continuous improvement processes.
* Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel for out-of-town or off-island assignments; proficiency in Excel and Power BI is considered a distinct advantage.
