## Current Open Positions
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles at our facility in the Lippo Cikarang area.
1. Manufacturing Operator
The Manufacturing Operator is essential to our production integrity, ensuring that our high standards for safety and efficiency are met daily.
* Production Preparation: Execute daily 5S activities, perform machine warm-ups, and verify master samples before production cycles begin.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain precise production records, manage supplies, and support the Production Leader in preventive maintenance.
* Efficiency & Output: Focus on achieving output targets and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) while minimizing unplanned machine downtime.
* Quality Assurance: Strictly follow working instructions to maintain zero-defect standards and reduce scrap ratios.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by operating equipment correctly and reporting hazards to supervisors immediately.
* Minimum education: SMK or SMU graduate.
* Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) is required.
* Must possess basic passive English language skills.
* Ability to work in a rotating shift system and perform tasks while standing for extended periods.
* A mature, proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a team environment.
* Must be willing to be stationed at our Lippo Cikarang facility.
2. Logistics Operator
The Logistics Operator plays a pivotal role in our supply chain, ensuring that material flow and inventory accuracy support our continuous production efforts.
* Incoming Goods: Handle unloading, reconcile physical stock with invoices/packing lists, and manage documentation via SAP POE.
* Inventory Control: Perform daily material supply, manage inventory layouts, conduct cycle counts, and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
* Outbound Delivery: Manage order processing, repacking for shipments, pallet preparation, and final delivery documentation.
* Internal Logistics: Update Kanban boards, manage milkrun cycles, and handle raw material flow.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks.
* Educational background in Technical Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of logistics experience is a distinct advantage.
* Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and basic English communication.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot system errors in SAP POE and PA5.
* Experience with Power BI or SketchUp is considered a plus.
