## Role Overview: MEP Supervisor
As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residential assets and corporate infrastructure maintain the highest standards of functionality and safety. This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and eager to take ownership of complex site installations.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be instrumental in the seamless operation of our properties. Key duties include:
* Maintenance & Asset Care: Oversee the proactive maintenance and repair of electrical installations, including street lighting, power generators, HVAC systems, and office building electrical infrastructure.
* Procurement Planning: Develop precise plans and cost estimates for lighting procurement to serve public areas, residential streets, gardens, and sports club facilities.
* Infrastructure Coordination: Provide technical oversight during the installation of street lighting clusters and utility poles, ensuring absolute precision in placement to avoid operational errors.
* Architectural Synergy: Collaborate closely with our architectural team to determine strategic lighting placements that enhance aesthetics and safety.
* Site Management: Direct the installation of garden and landscape lighting while maintaining full accountability for project execution.
* Utility Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with PLN (the national electricity provider) to manage and streamline the scheduling of electrical pole installations.
## Ideal Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably within a luxury residential property development firm.
3. Regional Presence: Must currently reside in or near the Cibubur, Cikeas, or Depok areas.
4. Operational Flexibility: Must be available to join our team immediately.
5. Location: The position is based at our Head Office in Permata Cimanggis.
