1. Management Trainee (Manufacturing)
This role is designed for emerging leaders eager to learn the intricacies of large-scale manufacturing operations.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (maximum age 26). Prior experience in Production, Engineering, PPIC, QC, Warehouse, or Maintenance within a manufacturing environment is a distinct advantage.
* Key Competencies: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
* Logistical Requirements: Must possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C). Possession of a car license (SIM A) is optional.
