Candidate Requirements
We are seeking high-potential individuals who demonstrate leadership, agility, and a drive for excellence. Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for the program:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Age Limit: Maximum age of 26 years old at the time of application.
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in English. Candidates must provide proof of certification:
* TOEFL: Minimum 450
* TOEIC: Minimum 750
* IELTS: Minimum 6.0
