## Professional Qualifications
To ensure the continued success of our complex industrial projects, we require candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field of study.
* Industry Experience: At least two years of proven experience in a similar role. Preference is given to candidates with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects within the Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Pulp & Paper, or Power Plant sectors.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Availability: Must be willing to be based in the Cikarang area.
