## Essential Qualifications
To ensure our continued success, we are looking for candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Industrial or Chemical Engineering: Required for roles in Safety Patrol, Admin (Palm Kernel Crushing), and Foreman (Texturizing).
* Mechanical Engineering: Required for Head Maintenance (Heavy Equipment), Technical (Pump House), and Foreman (Refinery Fractionation).
* Civil Engineering: Required for Foreman (Project).
* Candidates with degrees in closely related fields will also be considered.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a similar role is essential.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be based at our operational site in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
