## Available Positions and General Requirements
MUTU is currently seeking qualified talents to fill several critical roles across mine operations, planning, quality control, logistics, training, and engineering. Review the specific qualifications for each position to find the right fit for your professional background.
1. Mine Operation Engineer (Contract-Based)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining or Geology Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the mining industry.
* Technical Competencies: Proficiency in specialized mining software and strong strategic problem-solving abilities.
* Certifications: Must hold a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate; holding a KJL II certificate is considered a strong advantage.
* Work Arrangement: Willing to be stationed at the project site on a contract basis.
2. Hauling Officer (Contract-Based)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geological Engineering, Statistics, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Technical Competencies: Capability to oversee hauling contractors during coal transportation from the ROM Stockpile to the Port, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and analytical problem-solving.
* Certifications: Must possess a POP certificate.
* Work Arrangement: Site-based assignment.
3. Coal Quality Control (Contract-Based)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in coal quality management.
* Technical Competencies: Skilled in monitoring coal quality across the Pit, ROM, and Port, with proven ability to review coal quality analysis data and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
* Certifications: POP certification is strongly preferred.
* Work Arrangement: Project site placement.
4. Mine Plan Engineer (Contract-Based)
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
* Technical Competencies: Expert in developing short- and mid-term mine designs and schedules, deeply knowledgeable in occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols for mining sites, and adept at using Minescape Open Cut, Mine Scheduling tools (SPRY/XPAC), and Microsoft Office.
* Certifications: POP certification is preferred.
* Work Arrangement: Willing to work on a site-based contract.
5. Trainer (Contract-Based)
* Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience as a trainer specializing in track, wheel, and lifting equipment within mining or civil engineering environments.
* Technical Competencies: Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office and possessing a valid SIM A driver's license.
* Certifications: Holding Training of Trainers (ToT), POP, and AK3 (Occupational Health and Safety) certificates is an advantage.
* Work Arrangement: Field site location.
6. Mechanical & Electrical Officer (Contract-Based)
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of focused experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance within the coal mining sector.
* Technical Competencies: Demonstrated ability to control, supervise, and maintain electrical systems and CPP systems, handle M&E projects, and prepare/review tender documents (BQB, RAB, SOW, and technical specifications). Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, PLC, SCADA software, and Microsoft Office.
* Certifications: Priority will be given to candidates with valid POP and Electrical K3 certifications.
* Work Arrangement: Stationed at the project site.
