## Current Openings

We are currently recruiting for the following positions to bolster our operational and administrative capabilities.

1. Finance Accounting Tax Staff (Code: FAT Staff)
Location: South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the recapitulation and reporting of VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh).
* Execute accurate recording of incoming (BRV) and outgoing (BDV) funds within the Accurate accounting system.
* Oversee Petty Cash management for the Head Office, including reimbursement claims and reconciliation.
* Process vendor payments and FPU settlements while ensuring complete documentation.
* Perform reconciliation of discharge, throughput, and tenant overtime.
* Handle bank reconciliations, invoice issuance, and tenant receipts.
* Maintain PO records and provide weekly cash flow updates.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar financial role.
* Deep understanding of tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, and Final).
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
* High analytical skills with a meticulous, independent, and multitasking mindset.

2. Operator (Code: Operator Samarinda)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute loading and unloading of products for trucks and vessels in strict accordance with customer schedules and safety protocols.
* Maintain accurate Daily Inventory Reports and verify transport documents with tenants.
* Ensure rigorous maintenance of workplace cleanliness, safety, and equipment integrity.
* Operate terminal machinery, including pumps, as required by operational needs.
* Manage HSE reporting and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Candidate Requirements:

* D3 or S1 degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or oil and gas mining.
* Willingness to work in shifts and currently residing in or around Samarinda.

3. HSE Assistant Manager (Code: HSE ASMEN)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (K3) documentation.
* Prepare routine HSE reports for the Pro Trans International Holding Group.
* Monitor compliance with internal regulations and government standards, ensuring proactive adjustments.
* Identify hazard potentials and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to SOPs and Work Permits.
* Conduct equipment inspections and lead safety planning initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (K3 concentration) or relevant Engineering.
* At least 4 years of experience at a similar managerial level.
* Strong leadership, communication skills, and adaptability.
* Expertise in safety procedures and the ability to evaluate field performance objectively.

4. Maintenance (Code: Mechanical MTC)
Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for company assets based on technical standards.
* Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely, cost-effective repair solutions.
* Conduct hazard analyses for all maintenance tasks in coordination with HSE and Operations departments.
* Oversee re-calibration and equipment certification timelines with relevant external authorities.

Candidate Requirements:

* D3 or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fuel terminals, cargo shipping, or oil and gas mining.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
